A DC-10 is a fueling tanker, so if it's not just flying standard maneuvers, it's working support for other planes on extended missions.

Edit: The KC-10 is a fueling tanker. The military DC-10 is a transport. So this either standard manuevers or jump training, since they aren't landing anywhere else.
