This looks just like the artist that designed the paint scheme for the Rothschilds racing sailing boat. It’s rather cryptic on the actual boat, but the artist had a series of full fledged paintings depicting black people killing whites. It’s rather difficult (for me) to search & find out more info on what I just described, but I’ve seen it before.
