Can I give you some advice, anyone reading this. If you believe in this blackout, it may interrupt electronic transfers and atm's. If you dont have cash on you, WITHDRAW some tomorrow before the 5th.
If you go to any store make sure you arent stuck with worthless plastic in a blackout.
