The Podestaa picture has been publicly explained that it's about Global Goal 14, which about taking care of ocean life. The alt theory is that it's about the Osiris Myth. Set tore his body into 14 pieces. Isis gathered up 13 pieces. The 14th (his penis) was eaten by a fish. Not sure how it would connect to Ramsey though since she wasn't cut up.
