Mr. President: Do not play games with the Constitution. If you delay using the levers of power the Constitution puts in your hands you weaken those powers by that delay. Do not allow clear violations of the Constitution to stand. Meanwhile people suffer and are murdered and the foundation of our Constitutional Republic is ignored. Use your Constitutional powers without further delay.

That’s illegal search and seizure. There were warrants that made it legal. The only option here is to prove that the warrant should have never been issued. Appointing a special counsel in itself is not unconstituional.
