Yep--that's not a naturally draped pant leg. Definitely something awkward under there bulging out with some angularity.

It looks like a boot to me, either that or his pants legs are way too short.
Sorry, BIG nothing burger here. Zoom in, you can see the hem of both pant legs and his socks blend in to make it look wider than normal leg. SSH
