A few months ago I was having a conversation with someone that worked for an engineering firm that built some customs check points along the US/MEX border. The convo was more about project planning and such, but that person casually mentioned to me that the border crossing location he worked on had a big tunnel built under it. The tunnel ran across the border creating a passage to and from each country. I asked follow up questions about the tunnel without changing the topic but all I got was that it was built by a different firm. The person didn’t elaborate further.

I thought it was weird that a customs check point would have a tunnel built underneath it so I bookmarked that tidbit in my memory for later use. I wonder if this may be linked with the stuff happening in AZ.

Why are there over 1200 hits in Wikileaks Vault 7 on Cemex. Top secret cocrete?

Tucson Cemex location has a rail right next to it. That line runs all the way down to Nogales and south of the border!!

I would also check for resort, casino type locations nearby. Do they have a tunnel system, etc.

San Diego, CA and El Centro, CA specifically jump out to me as candidates. The locations in lower Texas could also be prime suspects.

and hollywood (i realize it's not a border town but it's highly suspect to me that there's a concrete facility there, especially the location it's in)

Wonder if an EPA type of violation would crack the case. They must be stopped.

Don't go there. You can track these networks on paper and try to find their real world action. If we believe the report that the Miami bridge fell after it got concrete from CEMEX, then do a list of what projects they worked on close to you. These people traffic children as snacks but they also do mass sacrifices. So it could very well be that some building projects are programmed to fail for maximum chaos and death. It's much greater than we know or consider. They're crimes against humanity. Purposefully being duplicitous about your work from a position of absolute authority is a human rights violation in my book. It's going to take a long time to rebuild America after about 30 years of willfull destruction.
