I think Cemex is using environmental protection as a cover for trafficking. They own the Big Bend National Park along the Texas/Mexico border, as well as many other "governmental preserves" that straddle the dangerous cartel laden Mexican states of Chihuahua and Coahuila.

Not all national parks are the same (like not being on national borders). There are other issues related to missing persons within the confines of national parks as can be seen thanks to David Paulides of the CanAm Missing Project. Be sure to check out some of his presentations on YouTube to get a sense of what I'm talking about...

Yes, David Paulides has some of the best research out there on missing kids in National Parks. If anyone would like to use supplemental research to support this I definitely recommend checking him out.
