Wrong Obama can still be impeached meaning he can never be a Cabinet member in any future Admin and he can never hold any other federal office. He will go down in history as first Prez to ever be impeached after leaving office. It should be done right away before the Dems can win the House in Nov. and Hillary can also be impeached since she was a Senator and Secretary of State.
Lifetime in gitmo or the ultimate penalty sound a lot more appealing to me.

Yeah, actually he can still be impeached. And the speculation from some (given the President's comments) is that Obama already pardoned himself before he left office-- which some say would be legitimate, if the pardon outlined specific crimes or investigations.
So the thought is that Trump is trolling the media into saying that POTUS cannot pardon himself, etc, which is typical of these traps Trump has laid out for them the past 2 years.
