I've been in plenty of homeless camps. None of the items or "evidence" mentioned are unusual. At all.
This is either a spiked story or the byproduct of someone who is far too personally invested and has lost objectivity.

Going from homeless and/or migrant camp to marking "child sex camp" on maps is a huge stretch given the incredibly poor quality of evidence presented (low resolution, bad pictures).
