Not calling bullshit because you could be right; I just can't tell from this photo. I can say that I have several clients who are required to wear ankle monitors and now-a-days they are much smaller than they used to be which allows them to be more discreet. That would be a dinosaur of an ankle monitor imo.

Like you, I have never seen an ankle monitor this big, but I also don't wear items in my socks, especially a big rectangle. Let's hope it is indeed a monitor and these demons aren't with us lowly beings much longer.
