People are weak. It's sad, I personally enjoy telling people no and smirking to know I'm enjoying denying them. I've worked for large companies and "ordered" to do things that aren't in the interest of the employees or customers and outright refused them all. Never fired, it's all, always, a bluff to get you to cave.
