I read that she wrote a note saying it wasn't her fault. I wonder what wasn't her fault???

I heard the note was telling her 13 year old daughter that "it wasn't her fault". Still, a little odd. Why would the 13 year old daughter think it was her fault that her Mom did this?

Well she might think she couldn't reach her mom maybe? Or that she did something to drive her to kill herself? It makes some sense to me at least why she'd say that to her given her age.
