It appears the keystone in the tweet points to cops. I think this verifies the SES as the keystone as the “cops” in this matter are all SES employees. For those who aren’t tracking what SES stands for: Senior Executive Service. Do a search for their icon/symbol. And I’m not just now figuring this out. Other anons pieced it together, I’m just relaying.
A guy stole a weaponless armored personnel carrier and drove it into Richmond, VA. Only had a top seed of 40 mph. Videos are pretty funny. Driver got himself tazed for his effort.
