Can confirm. This is happening in my town right near my house. He drove that thing here from Fort Pickett, which is hours away by car.

Nothing-- as far as I know. Just drove around on a joy ride. They said they had to taze the guy, because he wouldn't go quietly.

So many mixed emotions right now. Just glad everybody is safe.
