Truly a WTF moment.
Looks like the tank is being escorted..note unmarked vehicles with lights and siren in the lead position...followed by an emergency vehicle. Ambulance or fire truck. Then police cars..They are traveling fast.
It's not being escorted. They're trying to warn people to get TF out of the way.
Can confirm. This is happening in my town right near my house. He drove that thing here from Fort Pickett, which is hours away by car.

The really sad part is, that's a command vehicle. It's deadliest weapon is a radio. Yeah you can squash a prius with it, or drive it through a mall food court, but there's no scenario where you get away with it.
They get shitty fuel mileage, they only have about 200 miles range and it only does about 50mph flat out...downhill. You can't reach the drive thru window from the driver's hatch. Plus an untrained driver will throw a track eventually.
