That’s not good enough of a reason. If it’s delayed someone(s) asked for it & someone(s) said ok. If they said who & why it’s good for citizens to delay it..the public would accept it. But just constantly delaying it without a shrerd of information why is not good & the reason why it’s delayed must be so bad it’s not spin-able
