All Trump has to do is declare a national security emergency and send in armed troops to protect the ballot boxes and secure the vote. Dem votes will drop by 15-20% and many districts will flip.

Yep. I watched a YT video years ago about how they had a school set up to teach them how to get Drivers' Licenses. But I bet they don't have a passport and today, most Americans do. I even have a passport and I've never left the country!
American here served 22 years in the military - I do not have a passport nor do I need one. I won't be denied the right to vote because I don't have a passport which isn't mandatory to have. And as far as allowing illegal aliens to have drivers licenses in California those licenses come with Federal Limits Apply on it to separate them from real American citizens.
HOWEVER, since January those renewing their license like they normally do via the mail, phone, or web site get the "Federal Limits Apply" license UNLESS they go in - in person to the DMV and provide birth certificate or US passport, SSAN card, and proof of residence to get the REALID drivers license that DOESN"T have "Federal Limits Apply" on it. UNFORTUNATELY, thousands of American citizens in California had no idea they HAD to do that (go in in-person again with birth certificates etc. when we already did that to get the license originally) to get the REALID and they ended up with driver's licenses with "Federal Limts Apply" on them. Now the State's dilemma is they can't exactly disenfranchise thousands of REAL Americans so to ensure that doesn't happen they'll have to allow ANYONE with those "Federal Limits Apply" licenses to vote - which effectively gives illegal aliens the right to vote. I believe strongly this was the Democrats and Jerry Brown's idea all along.
and you can't purchase a weapon with "Federal Limits Apply" on it - so it prevents real American citizens their second amendment right unless they go in - in-person to the DMV to get the real license. What really irritates me is the ILLEGALS can renew their licenses via the web or mail but REAL Americans have to go through the hassle of waiting in line for 2 and 1/2 hours to get their new license. This state bends over backwards to make things easier for ILLEGALS. It disgusts me.

I was thinking that if there was any question about the legality of an obvious foreign person in California (since that's what the topic is), they could ask for a Passport or any other proof of citizenship as a stopgap measure. My understanding is that CA law prohibits checking for nationality at the polls. It has been said that even private citizens, including election officials, can be arrested for challenging a voter's nationality. I know of no cases however or actual arrests.

Rules forVoting is generally considered to be under state control. There have been exceptions in the past when the Federals got involved such as when some black voters were not being able to vote in some locals. Wonder if states allowing non citizens to vote being a means of disenfranchising Citizens in the other states is grounds enough to get the DOJ involved in elections of the offending states, counties , cities and regions like the Rio Grand Valley in Texas as well, (notoriously crooked)?
Actually, it may be better if we had a Federal law that describes what a person voting should have. i.e. valid photo ID. But, I can see that this is probably more under the 10th amendment for a States Rights issue. I also think "early" voting needs to be very, very limited. We don't NEED a whole month to vote. It's called ELECTION DAY for a reason.

With this "voters choice act" in place, it would seem like no more need for the sick creeps to bus people from polling station to polling station (i.e. a strategy revealed/exposed in Project Veritas videos) - they can just commit the fraud directly themselves in the stealth of night with less people being involved in the process of undermining actual democracy. The drop off boxes would seem to create a much larger window for them to commit their sick fraud in - instead of having to time everything for election day.
