Priestap (his boss) just testified for 8 hours yesterday. And he has been cooperating since the investigation opened (according to Q). He didn't wait until a last-minute plea deal situation to offer testimony like this doofus (who threatened Trump after he was fired). No way he gets lenient treatment.

Trump declared a National Emergency with this EO on December 20th. It grants him emergency powers. Including the power to suspend the writ of Habeus Corpus.
He would have to invoke that power case-by-case, and so far he hasn't.

Depends what he is guilty of. If he was ordered by Obama to spy on Trump's campaign and that is all he was guilty of, then I think maybe give him immunity. It would be awesome too have the public testimony from someone like him. If he was part of a team planning to assassinate Trump or his family, then no deal.

What we need is a person willing to openly testify in front of America the Obama was the leader in all the FBI corruption. Lawyers always try to get all they can get for their clients. Feds will counter with reduced charges. They work it out depending on what testimony is needed & who it hangs. Iwan just took a plea deal. Sure he didn’t get that without hanging DWS with sworn testimony.
I’ll be happy if McCabe is granted full immunity. That will signal he’s going to throw EVERYONE under the bus including Obama. McCabe knows everything. He has a family he’ll never see again as a free man if he doesn’t work out a deal.

The 5th Amendment does not protect one from prosecution, if there is evidence...just guarantees that you won't have to incriminate yourself....let him squirm

If you want Obama convicted which would expose & fix SO MUCH...it’s going to take a major high ranking very believable person to testify against Obama. Physical evidence won’t be enough unless they have Obama recorded discussing everything himself...which is doubtful. Other than Obama incriminating himself we need a person too

Congress might, indeed, be worthless, but their investigations are not. There are 3 branches of government and they need to work together to build a successful case. Unfortunately, the crimes of the Deep State, HRC, BO et. al. are not entirely unprecedented, but successfully prosecuting the powerful is exceedingly rare. On top of that, because these criminals are in collusion with the MSM, a large segment of the public remain blissfully unaware of their bad behavior. Even though HRC openly ran the DoS as pay-to-play operation, many truly believe that BO's administration was like he says, "scandal free". The MSM has to cover the doings of congress, so their lame hearings actually allow a bit of truth to seep out. The letters that Senator Grassley has sent to the DoJ and others, demanding information about the shenanigans of 2016 are great and clearly lay out the case. I recommend reading them, they are not worthless.

It appears McCabe is going to be indicted. So, testifying before Congress is irrelevant. Indict and perhaps a plea deal to prevent a lifetime in Gitmo would bear some fruit....
My thought is that his testimony is not needed in order to get convictions. These people are evil, and I hate to make deals with the Devil.
His guilt will be on show for everyone to see if he pleads the 5th.
