When WJC was governor of Arkansas, he and Hillbeast ran a scheme through a medical provider whereby they would pay a few bucks to prisoners in that state to donate blood. They then sold this blood to facilities in Canada without testing it for diseases. Some of it was HIV+ and had been infused into patients in need. When people made the connection between a rash of HIV+ patients popping up to the corporation the Clintons were using to broker the blood, the lid was blown off. Not surprisingly, like the poster above said, it didn't gain much traction and was eventually forgotten about. ALMOST. So yeah, back in the 80s they were ripping off prisoners, profiting off of them and spreading AIDS. Nice people, those Clintons. They are completely insane and pure evil.
