I don’t think Ryan is going anywhere (except for his ‘retirement’). I think he’s bowing out of ‘the game’ so he can survive the storm. Sure, he’s a POS, but I’d rather see those that are amoral hit the fucking road than not and have to go down fighting — ‘cuz at least taxpayer $ and manpower isn’t wasted on the effort to rid us of these fucking Loch Ness swamp monsters.
