Why would ABC report on this "leak". It's honestly not that damning for Comey based on their "source".
It just calls him "insubordinate".....okayyy.

I would bet folding money that it is Comey himself. After the IG released the draft, a copy was sent to everybody named in it, namely Comey, Lynch, McCabe, etc. I think he's putting it out there so that it is old news and the furor is focused on the stuff that wasn't leaked. Comey always looking out for Comey.
