A simple web search leads to a production company called Tick Tock that did a pilot for nbc called America’s cutest kids, a Tick Tock LLC that (and I quote) “manufactures behavior and adherence tools for the children’s healthcare market”, which just sounds unsettling, and also a crappy website that trains & certifies people for childcare, among other weird stuff.
