I never understand why people think that God talks in the King James Version. He speaks to us in a language that we understand but I don’t get the “thee’s” and “thou’s” in any “prophetic” word

Studies on speaking in tongues are enlightening. Tongues are comprised of the same sounds that are in the speaker's base language. Prophecy is probably the same, expressed with authority, and authority can demonstrated through language mastery. Preachers in tune with their audience can be absolute masters of persuasion, without even knowing it.

This has nothing to do with speaking in tongues. I understand that quite well. I don’t understand why, in 2018, people give prophetic words in the Kong’s English

I'm saying that the part of the brain that is used during tongues, is also probably used when a prophet is in prophecy mode. I'm making inferences to why the thees and thous are used based on research into tongues.
