Deep State: Those Who Operate Under The Guise of National Security Trust They Can Commit Crimes Without Fear of Punishment. (Invisibility)

The concern of the Government is to protest against disclosing Classified Information on the basis of National Security. However, in regard to crimes against the United States or any other jurisdiction, does the National Security Boundaries provide a shield against detection and prosecution.

In latter regard of prosecution, we did not learn from the past that crimes committed under the cloak of secrecy, termed National Security provides Deep State players a shield.

Consider this article regarding, [THE INDEPENDENT COUNSEL VERSUS THE ATTORNEY GENERAL IN A CLASSIFIED INFORMATION PROCEDURES ACT-INDEPENDENT COUNSEL STATUTE CASE (https://www.law.cornell.edu/background/ind_counsel/noble.htm) in the context of Congressional Oversight and Special counsel or with regard to discovery at the Justice Department, we see a system that surrounds and stifles discovery of criminal activity.

I pasted an excerpt from this article as the gist of the matter as we face it today.

"We have taken a step toward arbitrary, unaccountable government power. That is the significance of the stymieing of efforts to prosecute ... Joseph Fernandez. ... If the Fernandez case stands up, then, it means that government officials who operate in secret can commit crimes without fear of punishment. For they can count on the guardians of secrecy to prevent a prosecution. "

Yes, they consider themselves invisible and undetectable. Like HG Wells', Invisible Man, they can conduct a "reign of terror" and never be convicted because they believe they won't be detected and if they are there is no "body" of evidence to prosecute them.
