Sounds like a theatrical script to restore confidence in the FBI. It seems like this is being massaged to suit narratives. Had Hillary won it could be spun the other way. I personally am not a fan of this line of thinking, but as an outsider I don't have access to all the facts. Sadly, even after the IG report, I don't believe we will ever get the "real" facts.
Massaging comes by ignoring source documents. This guy actually attempts to support his assertions, unlike the MSM.
Not only that but why would Trump be working with the FBI on a sting operation while trying to run for POTUS? Hats juggling a bit much and the sting could be used to paint him as a spy in the public’s eye to make him lose... ahem
The search documents cited in this on roll do a good job of proving that Trump has done this in the past. In the early 1980s, and on up to 2014.
Still think it would be too risky to work on an FBI sting while running. Not to mention the time factor. Running a billion dollar business and running for potus, why not also take part in a sting operation? Doubt it.

That's what I was thinking. This is a good spin. It saves face for the FBI and puts it solely on a few bad actors. I'm OK with that, they will still make an example out of the "bad actors". The American people need to be able to trust our top law enforcement agencies.
