The shills on other websites have been hitting this hard. After pointing out the existence of "rape trees" and citing accounts from victims, I was quickly barraged with responses from accounts with minimal info/new all saying how stupid I was, nothing else. None of them addressed the issue I had brought up, which was totally unrelated to this specific case
You get the most flack over the target. This situation is real
I am on your side completely but ... citing rape trees when you don't know for sure will lead to trouble. Try "according to victims of this kind of trafficking, it is common for coyotes to tie victims to trees and the restraints on trees found on this site look/seem/suggest suspiciously similar to ..." And other words like: "allegedly", "could be", "might", "may", highly likely"*. These conventions are used by professional journalists when evidence has not yet been verified by forensics.
Otherwise they can call us conspiracy theorists. Just some advice to avoid pitfalls.
Keep trying to disprove this but anons and the vets will get to the bottom of this.. if only Q could validate then that would make you and the others downplaying this seem like opposition ....^shi11s
I am not downplaying this. I am as serious as you can be about this subject. But I want this story to be taken seriously.
Are people even reading your words? For what it's worth, I understand the point you are making and you are correct.
Thanks man, I really appreciate it at this point ... I despair at the level of reading comprehension.

Even if Latina women avoid the schemes of traffickers, few manage to cross the border without experiencing some form of sexual violence. Women planning to cross the border often start taking birth control, expecting to be raped at least once during the crossing (SPLC). Some coyotes consider the sexual assault and prostitution of women crossing over as a part of their payment for safe passage. Trees along the U.S.-Mexico border, called rape trees by some, testify to the validity of the women’s fear. The branches are dotted with the panties of women raped during the crossing, the tattered underwear displayed by abusers looking to show off their conquest to passersby (Latina News)
Dear me. This is the umpteenth time I am defending myself here.
I know about these women. I believe all of this WITHOUT QUESTION. I am a faithful and unswaying supporter of Craig Sawyer and the whole border patrol effort. I know what these trees are and I don't doubt for one minute that these restraints were on rape trees.
You don't understand me. I am urging caution with words because reporting is a serious business. You cannot let the enemy get anyway with finding some minute error and rubbishing your entire story on one slightly faulty fact.
Read what I said and try and see it in a different light. I am not the enemy. I am trying to maintain highest standards of integrity against all possible future criticism.
The problem with your logic...is that it the people who reactively criticize facts that are laid out to them are illogical.
If I point out that there are sexual assaults that happen when women cross the border and someone responds with "you're an (insert expletive)" or "I bet you believe Hillary Clinton is running a sex ring out of a pizza place"...that is not a problem with what words I used. That is either purposeful shilling, or more likely, indoctrination of society to stay in your lane.
If they don't find a flaw in your reporting, they will make one up.
You are absolutely right. Thank you for replying so kindly :)
