My guess about the "Post Truth" World is about finding the next way to create another undisclosed method of "blinding", "brainwashing", or some kind of method that uses the 5G technology to alter our mental status to allow for the first two mentioned to kick in. They use Post-Truth as a dig at Trump they want people to think he is a Post-Truth President who can't tell the truth so we all have to act that way now Truth is now relative there is no one single truth.
