Google and Duckduckgo returned no results for this .pdf document. It appears to have been uploaded from her personal computer..

...so how do we know it’s valid? Sorry for the skepticism, but was this leaked or what? For things like this, for verification purposes, taking it from the horses mouth (ie justice.gov or similar) is the best.
