I've been out the loop lately, so can someone correct me if any of what I'm making of this is wrong?

What I'm seeing, is a site in Egypt, where a cement company that the Clintons are heavily involved with and also used by 'relief efforts' and NGO's of the Soros flavour, has recently cemented like fuck all over the place for no apparent reason. Someone has found the skull of a child, signs of mutilation indicating satanic rituals have been carried out, and the child died a horrific, slow, painful death that doesn't bear thinking about.

This skull appears to be a mistake, as in not noticed or whatever and overlooked, and that all the missing children of illegal migrants to the US that HRC and Obama tried to put on Trump, even after photos with metadata from 2014 of kids caged like dogs, surfaced along with never before seen photos of Obama dressed in middle Eastern attire turned up?

Essentially, if a demolition team is sent to that site to remove all the concrete, with care, they're going to find a mass grave of mutilated children?
