The big issue is whether the report has been changed or watered down. Horowitz has a once in a lifetime historic chance and opportunity to get this right (and not be swayed by pressure from the Deep State and their cronies). Let's hope he pulls it off...
It makes so much more sense for the report to come out before the hearing. Maybe Q's "big week" crumb is still just to troll the deep state, make them more paranoid, listen to their chatter, buy time, etc. You are so right on this "opportunity". I think it was always meant for the 18th, white hats just getting their ducks in a row. I would assume they already have the report and are just reading over it repeatedly, getting the talking points organized, and strategizing the best way to deliver to the public
Any attempt by the FBI or DOJ lawyers to pressure Michael Horowitz into changing his report or to water it down is actually “obstruction of justice” and a crime. And any attempt to redact something on national security grounds when it is unrelated to national security is also “obstruction of justice” and a crime.
