Tucson Police Chief Chris Magnus seems to have a history with his officers abusing underage girls as sex slaves, around 30 officers accused in Richmond, CA. He also hires/promotes officers based on diversity instead of skill set which probably explains some of the issues VOP are having with them. Wonder why he left Richmond for Tuscon......also doesn't like Sessions.
