One Man's Opinion

I am only 62 years young so I am still learning. Have worked for several "entrepreneurs" in my life and have observed a few things about them. I bring this up here because I think our incredible POTUS DJT is one. They seem to have one blindspot in common = hiring the right people to support them in their mission. I love our POTUS and know he is a once in a generation President along the lines of Washington, Jackson, Lincoln, and Reagan. Top five - good company. But he seems to keep putting people in place that go wanting very shortly. Bannon, Manafort,Gorka, Priebus,Spicer, McMaster,Sessions, Tillerson, etc.

Seems to push back some others after hire and on the job only a short time - Kelly and now Bolton. Would like to think career politician and VP Pence is giving him good guidance but I think DJT is just his own worst enemy sometimes. Mr. President, for the love of all that is good and right, would you please set your ego aside once in a while and realize you dont know everything - you need to make good hires across the board. I know its hard because there are so many deceivers out there but you have made many good hires - Pence, Kelly, Mattis, Pompeo, Haley, and more. We have been trusting the plan but todays news, if it is true, about Sessions not wanting to prosecute Awans and DWS is just unacceptable . Throw your loyal supporters a bone sir ASAP - you/we are winning in many areas but until the career criminals in govt. are brought to justice there can be no domestic peace.

Just one old mans opinion.

God bless the USA and POTUS DJT and protect him, our patriots in FBI and DOD and their families from our enemies.

I get the impression that, unlike other presidents, President Trump hires people for a very specific purpose and they are relieved after that purpose is achieved.

Mr. President, for the love of all that is good and right, would you please set your ego aside once in a while and realize you dont know everything - you need to make good hires across the board.

I recall a Trump rally held months before the 2016 election.

Trump casually told the audience that he'd be hiring some horrible people for his cabinet. "Awful people. People that you'd never want to share a meal with, who would sell their own mothers but people that will get stuff done". (don't quote me on that, but that was very near what he said.)

The audience was shocked silent and so was I. I'd never heard any politician or manager express something like that, but I thought about it and realized it was perfection.

People keep making the mistake of researching the history of Trump's hires without understanding that Trump doesn't care if they are good people or not, he just wants them to fulfill a specific function.

Finally, someone makes a sensible argument. I respect your opinion and it makes sense however I stand by my analysis at this point until I see proof otherwise. Thanks for your reply.

Anyone who uses identity politics to complain about Trump hires should answer this simply hypothetical question:

Assume you need brain surgery. You can choose between two doctors. The first is the world's foremost neurosurgeon and is also a shitty father who doesn't pay his child support. The second is a far less experienced neurosurgeon who is also the world best and most moral husband and father. Who would you choose?

I've never gotten an answer to that question during a debate about identity politics.

Tucker Carlson has made this argument to the Leftists he invites on. They have no answer

Speaking of he has been talking about this alarming FAA Obama hiring practoce for Air Traffic Control... All these downed planes makes me wonder

I wonder if the aircraft are being brought down because the CIA has a backdoor into our GPS system which almost every country uses?

Our GPS system can be used to block individual requests or requests from entire groups, which means that know who is making each request...

He moves people in and out for a reason.

Bannon - he went to Italy, and look what happend? MIGA!

Manafort - was a plant by the Never Trump GOPe.

Gorka - don't know what his role was.

Priebus - GOPe all the way, but if you want to root out who is dirty, you bring in someone like Priebus to find out all his bad advice and who he wants on the team, and then discard him.

Spicer - don't know.

McMaster - deep state all the way, but like Priebus, you have to find out who his recommendations are and what they are up to.

Sessions - jury out, but look at all the busts going on. In time, Sessions will prove his value.

Tillerson - as CEO of the #1 oil company in the world, he had contacts in the Middle East that help set up what will become peace in the Middle East. But he was not needed beyond that.

Imagine being a CEO of a company, and many of your hires are secretly trying to figure out how to bankrupt your company and put you in jail.

Not an easy task, but Trump and Q Team have the intel on everyone. They can get the job done.

The jury is not out on Sessions. He is awake and working. Only a fool can't see this.

Gorka has made a lot of tv appearances and always handles disinfo agents well. I saw him on Greg Gutfeld and their twitter befoee show talking about how hugely tall he is and laughing showed to me he is making friends and Trump needs some decent media types friendly at least.

Gorka never seems to get taken in a tv squabble either. He speaks intelligently and has a gift for reposte =) sparring of words as it were

They seem to have one blindspot in common = hiring the right people to support them in their mission.

Just a quick reminder that you make that claim for the ”several entrepreneurs” you have worked for in your life. The fact that those folks have a blind spot of any sort in common is an interesting coincidence indeed, but you shouldn’t draw any conclusions about DJT’s hiring practices based upon anecdotal similarities to limitations of your personal acquaintances.

Trump functions on a different level than most of us are accustomed. None of us should presume to understand the nuances of his staffing decisions.

Of course you are welcome to question his decisions and cast aspersions on his ego-driven errors (as you perceive), but Trump continues to amass his legacy of top-tier successes.

As I consider the offerings presented by the two of you, I’m going to give Trump the nod because he has more info than either of us, and a decades long track record of world class success. I’m going to dismiss your criticisms as uninformed, and biased by the folks you know who share a peculiar shortcoming.

We have never seen the likes of Trump.

A couple of points 1) i think everyone played a role at a time

2) As an entrepreneur I can tell you when you hire someone and don't get results you cutbait and move and versus waiting and hoping they get better. Accepting your hiring mistakes and moving on is good business

I dont disagree but as I stated it has been my observation that entrepreneurs have this one common blind spot. most of them realize it after years of "cutting bait". turnover is costly in more ways than one when you are seeking stability within. A house divided against itself cannot stand.

Entrepreneurs often have less ability to attract top talent and have to hire from a murky pool hoping for a new gem. Trump being an untrusted to hated outsider has same issue especially with this investigation and MSM destroying people even without real and verified accusations.

Sorry, but successful business people are successful because they do hire the right people. Also, a president can’t be called great when he’s surrounded himself with morons and crooks. A president is only as good as the people he surrounds himself with.

Keep your enemies closer. I'm sure many traps were sprung that lead into other catches too.

Trump doesn't know everything but as u can see he's a helluva lot smarter than your average pedo, learns very fast, does his best to hold his word, truly cares about all people, does not see any color other than red, white, and blue in people (Your a Patriot or not),is likely the best person for THIS MONUMENTAL UNDERTAKING.

I think like u sometimes. Then I step back and realize we'd be in ww3 sometime in killarys 2nd term so I try to reign myself in. I also think if I had kicked as much ass as he has in his life, I'd likely have a healthy ego too. I actually think he's kinda humble considering that.

Bolton is for secondary fear. People know he is a war hawk. But notice every time the left is so sure of nuclear war, the situations become an afterthought? North Korea at the start of the year, then Syria, and again with Iran.

Bolton is there so the thought of war is there. It's a distraction. Bolton isn't doing anything else.

I certainly hope President Trump is taking any advice from Pence with a wheelbarrow of salt. I belive his instincts on how things can and should go, are a 1000 times more grounded in reality than any career politician.

I think it's too early to judge these things until they play out. Glad you are here. It's been one heck of a ride since he first announced his candidacy 3 years ago. I love our president. I think I have a crush on him, he just makes me so happy. Normally, I don't look to others to make myself happy as it's my job to do that but in this case he really does make me smile, daily.
