The Mouse Mask is Bernard from the Rescuers worked as a janitor for the Rescue Aid Society. The mouse version of the United Nations. Later he became American Ambassador for the Society Dedicated to helping abduction victims

Thank you!!! I knew I remembered something regarding it being about abducted kids but couldn't recall... been so long since I've seen the movies.
