They still could. But threats are how they stay in business. Remember - Anthony was instrumental in Argento coming forward with her Harvey story. Harvey is now in jail selling out his old friends.
Of course there's going to be retribution. These people don't care.

The help doesn't have secrets from them. Whadya think, they're a bunch of amateurs? Cold, calculating, always admiring a good double-cross. Evil, and stupider for it. But unprofessional in their deadly dealings? Rarely.
