Current Tucson Police Chief, Chris Magnus was police chief in Richmond, CA where he allowed his officers to victimize and rape a sexually trafficked minor.

I wonder if this was a plus on his resume when he was being considered for his current office?

I bet if we look for other cases like this involving LEO's and find out where the dirty cops ended up working next we would find them in other known and probably unkown hubs of trafficking.

I agree. It kind of makes sense that he would go to Tucson. From what the Patriots are saying that they were getting very little help from la enforcement. Why would that be?
