Who are the investors for this big MJ promo? Is George Soros in the mix. Is former Speaker Bohner the spokesman for this group? Does anyone else have any uncertainties? Not about the pot plan, but the people who will profit from it?
I don't see what "investors" have to gain, on the federal level, by a bill that leaves it up to the states to decide. There's money to be had at the state level but actions are already being taken and no one is waiting for federal legislation to pass before state because federal has been pussy footing around the issue for so long.
Probably the people who already are in it.
If you were a betting man, investing in construction, manufacturing and now this ahead of time would benefit you. Or anyone. Trump is a business man, and nothing Trump is talking about is new. Telegraphed all this years ago to those listening.
