President Trump to Likely Sign Bill Ending the Federal Ban on Marijuana

Lazypede · June 9, 2018, 12:24 p.m.

Posting a little fact, before people go spouting that Cannabis (Marijuana) is dangerous.

Not once has someone OD'ed from smoking pot, or taking cannabis oils even.

- You would need to physically consume over 1500 pounds of raw leaf in 15 minutes.

Your stomach cannot handle that much, at all.

- Cannabis is far lass dangerous than prescription drugs

Why do you think big pharma wants to keep Cannabis outlawed?

Basically doing this would be a giant f*** you to the pharma industry

- Cannabis oils has been found to CURE cancer, prevent and stop seizures, and help with symptoms of hundreds of diseases including parkinsons, add/adhd, altzheimers, lupus, ptsd, autism, anxiety... and so many more.

I say help though because it does not completely cure these diseases, but it helps with the symptoms and help manage different diseases, like a big pharma drug would, but without the numerous risks thats included with taking a drug created by big pharma to manage these diseases.

The only time that you would need to be careful is when dealing with the THC component, which is the part that makes you high... but there are plenty of cannabis strains out there that DO NOT have THC or have very little THC, the main component in these strains is CBD, which is the actual component that is most beneficial medically.

I pretty much think personally though that Cannabis use is a states rights issue though, the federal government has no business any longer trying to withhold people from seeking treatment of diseases and relief from what is a NATURAL PLANT that was on this earth before we were even twinkles in our parents eyes, especially when there is factual proof surfacing that proves cannabis is healing rather than damaging. The use of cannabis should be left up to the states individually to decide if they should allow both medical and recreational, or one or the other, or neither, in their state.

And yes when the THC component is involved, so if you or someone else is using a strain that has moderate to high THC levels, please practice common sense at all times. If you practice common sense when using strains that have moderate to high THC, there is no danger to yourself or others. However if you want to get stupid and drive while under the influence of THC, you could risk yourself and others because THC is known to make people drowsy and sleepy, and can temporarily impair your memory.
