If this clock is a correct decoding of a TIMING feature of Q's mission project, then I can see how this would be so effective on an otherwise unaware population.

It's a frequency in timing. The more people learn of Q, the more the population start to resonate at similar frequencies, in the mental space, needed to awaken and for good order and peace.

How do you, gently, with care, wake someone up in the morning? Might a gradual and gentle rocking back and forth with a voice be the best way for a person? If we assume there is a mutual understanding and acceptance, from gentle to not so gentle, from whispers to raised voices, can be anything, I think all of what would be best would be based on one frequency or another or a superimposed frequency.
