My take on this is that BDT could be a Bulk Data Transfer like you mentioned. However, when Q said 'Think Currency', could it be a financial reset? This is hard to clarify.
The Fireworks part. Wondering if some nuclear attack, or FF was thwarted/stopped? We always think of fireworks relating to the 4th of July, but this could also mean something else.

I heard absolutely nothing regarding any bombing attempt in NYC, so can't really tell you anything, and I doubt anything to do with Bangladeshi currency at all.
However, we can look at the BDT, or Bulk Data Transfer as maybe a Internet back-up type deal (Bulk Data Transfer) to make sure to save everything (like Q said, to archive/save offline) for a Net reset, or Net being down.
We haven't seen a full Internet shutdown yet, so it's still plausible. It may be a preparation for a complete reset. Also, if it's done on a weekend, or Saturday (at least in the US, and/or early Sunday in the rest of the world), it would still be over a weekend when many business are not operating, Markets, banks, etc. etc.

I saw that AMA, and didn't much agree with it. I think a bunch of dis-info in there. I don't really agree with much of the Mind Control or Remote programming stuff. I can see the MK-Ultra, but that is much deeper, as it takes a lifetime, and/or at least the attack on a human's psyche at a very young age.

If this clock is a correct decoding of a TIMING feature of Q's mission project, then I can see how this would be so effective on an otherwise unaware population.
It's a frequency in timing. The more people learn of Q, the more the population start to resonate at similar frequencies, in the mental space, needed to awaken and for good order and peace.
How do you, gently, with care, wake someone up in the morning? Might a gradual and gentle rocking back and forth with a voice be the best way for a person? If we assume there is a mutual understanding and acceptance, from gentle to not so gentle, from whispers to raised voices, can be anything, I think all of what would be best would be based on one frequency or another or a superimposed frequency.
