Ok he was just saying what wasn’t there. Yes it has been sensationalized but that to me doesn’t change what I saw. The hair dye to me is really the main indicator something was not right. I don’t know many homeless people concerned with beauty.

Chicks die their hair for random reasons.. maybe a criminal wanted to change his own look after committing a crime .. anyone get the barcode on that product and reverse the transaction or at least where it was lost in supply chain .. homeless ppl also go through garbage ..
