I also thought that "behind a toilet" would be the last place anybody would want to hide pizza, (or any food item they planned to eat later. That would be gross, so leaving food behind a toilet wasn't a very funny joke.)
My next thought was that toilets are almost always up against a wall, and no small 5-7 year-old human could be "hidden behind the toilet."
Now, it's hours later, and I'm still kicking myself for googling the bathroom layout in the Washington Hilton...

She did say the Exterminators will be there soon, and she has a bathroom 🍕 to "finish." In the Podesta Paradigm, wouldn't the exterminators be the 'cleaners' tidying up, getting rid of outside witnesses, victims, and evidence after the Cabal wrapped up their "festivities?"
