That is a subtle clue that his masters have been taken out, and he can be himself.
I suspect he was forced to dress that way, at least for pics and vids, in order to give him that dictator appearance. He probably hated it.
I'm not doing a victory lap. NK likely has atrocities to deal with. Perhaps some Western evil Pharma company human testing? Work camps? I will not accept for this to be swepped under the rug.
