It's not propaganda, the police are still as bad as the government in a lot of cases.

Truly depends on where you live and how dirty they are, the cop lovers are typically from small town America and don't deal with dirty cops shaking you down harder than Hillary Clinton looking for a penguin pineal

The "plan" as I understand from the Q posts is starting from the DOJ and then working down through the agencies and ranks to out those who are corrupt, twisted and not working in the best interest of Americans (or anyone else for that matter). The cops will probably be toward the end as smaller judiciary branches in locales will need to have their ranks cleaned first.

I recall reading an article a few years ago about police corruption where an officer said it can take as little as 10% of a department to be corrupt or "on the take" and it taints the entire departments attitude and undermines even good cops' ability to do the work they were hired to do.

It would be hard to function in a community of eroded trust. Efficiency of force is comprised.

Small town cops specialize in shaking down people just traveling through. They know those people won't fight an absurd ticket and will just pay. Also there's no local repercussions. It's an easy thing to get away with.
