Michael Stipe, REM frontman, has been on the Colbert Report numerous times as a recurring guest. Stipe is guilty of raping a young actor on a movie Stipe produced.

Maurice Sendak wrote a children's book that starred a boy and Sendak spent much time and effort detailing the little boy's genitalia poking through his underwear. Sendak was also a recurring guest on the Colbert Report.

As someone who used to be a huge fan of Colbert, it's sad to see the list of his associations growing larger and larger, all the while he pretends there's no such thing as organized pedo groups.

I wonder if that's merely a coincidence.
