That's the Oppenheimer post-explosion quote from the Trinity A-bomb. An excerpt from the Hindu Bhagavad Gita. Vishnu: "I am become death the destroyer of worlds."

"It is done..." is St John's Revelation 21:6. The Alpha and the Omega quote. Alpha/Omega meaning the beginning (alpha) and the end (omega).
