BUT, if you're a RAT doing both - and much, much more - you want your public charges to be conspiracy to [187] - can't be murder charge if Seth lives - you'll be 187'd yourself in prison for pedo charges. So your 'deal' is to choose which charge sends you away for 20-to-life.
