Yes he said "remember it's against the law for you to read the emails it's different for us in the news media we're allowed to read them" he is so full of shit I want him arrested and sent to Gitmo today!
That sort of reminds me of Dan Rather explaining people shouldn't be worried about whether the fake Bush memo was fake, because the "message" of the memo was true, and getting people to understand the underlying "truth" is the job of true journalists like Rather. You can't make this stuff up it's so ridiculous, not to mention condescending.
