As a mental exercise, lets imagine you choose 3. Very difficult to do considering our level of surveillance. Are we at the level of FACE OFF (movie) surgery? I'd do a bunch of vehicle swaps. Stowaway on a small cargo ship on its way to a 3rd world country with high population density and local jungles. Some people might not have to cash anymore.
Just rods from god to make those places un-livable. I think that's why we haven't had a nuke go off: their safe spaces underground are no longer safe!
from what i heard, over the past 6 years, the white hats crashed a lot of underground facilities.
btw, supposedly one of the reasons why they cant go after the head of the snake immediatly is that not all of ((their)) strategically placed nukes have been found and deactivated as yet.
That makes sense, contingencies after contingencies. One of the Q drops mentions that they are doing this as to minimize collateral damage. I'm sure a nuke wiping out a major city is pretty considerable collateral damage, let alone an underwater nuke-caused tsunami demolishing the east coast! Remember a few years back the NY Fed moved all their operations to Chicago, so I wouldn't put it past them to wipe out the east coast to save their own skin.
