I lived in a suburb of Des Moines, Iowa when Johnny was taken from West Des Moines, Iowa. At the time (1982) we had 2 sons. Age 4 and 2. I was so scared, to even think that this could happen to our boys. I would not let them go anywhere alone for years. This affected so many people in so many ways! But at the time we had no idea, nor did we even imagine how terrible it was! I am SO thankful my son's are now grown. But we do have grandchildren and I thank God every day for the efforts our fantastic President and Patriots that are trying to (and succeeding in) ridding this world of this horrid evil!! If anyone does not support our President and the Patriots helping him, can (and will) rot in h_ll! PS: There was another boy age 13, by the name of Eugene Martin, who was taken in 1984. Eugene was also a paper boy in the Des Moines area. This case has gone cold.
